4. Events & Participation
By attending a Dishcourse Social event, you agree to:

- Respect privacy and boundaries of other participants
Dishcourse Social reserves the right to remove participants who violate conduct expectations, without refund.

Participation in in-person events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal interactions, travel, and venue-related risks.
By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Dishcourse Social is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where prohibited by law.
6. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments for memberships and events are processed through third-party payment processors.
Refund policies may vary by event and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:
- Membership fees are non-refundable
- Event tickets are non-refundable unless canceled by Dishcourse Social
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, branding, conversation frameworks, and materials—is the intellectual property of Dishcourse Social and may not be reproduced without permission.
Participation does not grant ownership or licensing rights to Dishcourse materials.
8. Prohibited Use
