Family is one of those words almost everyone understands differently. For some, it’s rooted in blood, history, and obligation. For others, it’s built through trust, consistency, emotional safety, and the people who continue to show up over time. At some point, may of us realize We can create our own sense of family and connect with others that support our healing journey. This conversation invites us to look honestly at the family we came from while also honoring the comfort, care, and support we’ve found with people who aren’t related to us by blood.
